Daniel Ricciardo drove a superb race and won his third Grand Prix of his F1 career in Belgium in a exciting race. The race was driven under dry circumstances.
Second place finisher Nico Rosberg brushed the back left tyre in the first lap with his front wing of his Mercedes team mate Lewis Hamilton and caused him a flat tyre. Hamilton had to get a new tyre and could not motivate himself to finish. He retired in lap 40 with a "technical failure".
The battle for 3rd place was quite entertaining between Bottas, Raikkonen Magnussen, Vettel, Alonso and Button. At the end Bottas again got his 4th podium finish for Williams in 2014. Read more in our Belgian F1 GP race report.
