It looks like Mark Webber's new Red Bull RB9 chassis does a much better job then burned one. He was fastest for the first time this since Canada at a practice session.
His team mate Vettel had technical problems and only was able to drive 8 laps. Mercedes, Lotus and Ferrari are still within 1 second of Red Bull.
