The 3rd and final practice for the 2013 British Grand Prix was also 'won' by Nico Rosberg and his Mercedes W04. He surely will be favourite for the pole position this afternoon. Seems to be Hamilton has closed the gap between. Because  the top 9 only have 1 second gap It promises to be close qualifying session this afternoon.
