The Bugatti Circuit, a permanent 4.442 km layout sharing the start-finish straight with the legendary Circuit de la Sarthe in Le Mans, France, hosted its only Formula 1 race — the 1967 French Grand Prix. The race was a commercial failure due to tiny crowds and the relatively unimpressive permanent layout, and F1 never returned. The Bugatti Circuit today is a major MotoGP venue.
