Ferrari F1 team boss looking back and ahead

"First of all we are starting with a completely new relationship. The two drivers naturally know each other from the track. The base is, that they both appreciate each other. They now have to get to know each other as a person and here the teamwork will play a fundamental role, to get them connected with the entire Scuderia Ferrari system. I think that they will give a lot, they will give their experience, their will to win. For me I think experience is the most important part, because next year, in the early stages, this will be the determining factor. The project is completely new. We're in a stage where every day we discover some new things on a technical level, we discover new opportunities to develop".
