      Now Merc have bigged Val up so much, the only way he'd return is with a clear statement that hes team leader and a cast iron 3yr contract, without that he'd be seen as just returning for more money, and he doesn't need the money Imo, but 50 days to testing, will the knight fall on his sword or rise renewed ?

        Sorry, Shrop', gotta go with choice B. Liberty is writing the PR release now. Netflix is salivating over a 2022 clash of the titans. Personally, can't wait to see LEC, SAI, NOR and RUS put paid to the both of them and set the stage for King Shu. New era coming, can't wait.

      Are you thinking they'd take VB as a replacement for LH should he leave, Mercedes catering driver would be better qualified.

        Oh f1 you spoilsport, always putting a damper on things , come on give VB another chance at glory, put it this way they wouldn't have a lot of choice if Lulu continues in his ways, if you believe Msc Jnr, the reason they pushed Lewis into early re signing early was because Max turned Merc down .

    I don't see Lewis retiring just yet and nobody is going to push him out. But, I'd like to see the Alfa Romeo brass go big when it comes to supplying cars to Wälttari and Zhou. If they try to do things on the cheap, neither of the drivers will have more than occasional success no matter how hard they try. How about Mercedes type of Euros for a change?
