Mercedes have said that the rule/design changes are very little different for 2019 compared with 2018. They have of course unlimited funds to ensure they win, and can lean on Mercedes customers to move over when Hamilton shows up in their mirrors, rather than compete. So at what point do the organizers hand over the drivers/constructors cups (and loot) to Hamilton/Mercedes as then we can start racing properly ?.
