Lewis Hamilton won the 2012 Italian F1 GP from start to finish under perfect circumstances. Mexican Sergio Pérez managed to finish 2nd. He started as 13th and had a perfect race. He drove a very strong race and passed both Ferrari drivers Felipe Massa and Fernando Alonso. Fernando also had to pass Felipe Massa to finish as 3rd and extend his his championship lead by 15 points on Sebastian Vettel who had to retire.

McLaren F1 drivers Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button will start on front row tomorrow at the 2012 Formula 1 Grand Prix of Italy. A face we haven't seen in the top 3 qualifiers in a long time was Felipe Massa.
