Sebastian Vettel took his 40th pole position in a tight qualification session today. His team mate who will leave F1 at the end of this season qualified 2nd. Big surprise of the day was the third place for Sauber driver Nico Hulkenberg. Ferrari's slipstream strategy didn't work, it even worked out very bad this year, as Massa qualified even one place higher up the grid then Fernando Alonso.
