Montmelo circuit already close to repairing burnt garage
In such a short span of time, the Circuit de Catalunya is already near completion with the repairs to the burnt garage that the Williams team occupied during last weekends GP. Reporting to our colleagues at GPUpdate, a spokesperson said, "It hasn't affected the building – only the electrical fittings in the garage," which has made the process so quick.

Massa to be replaced at Ferrari?
The rumour mill around Felipe Massa's future with Ferrari has reached a high this weekend in the Spanish paddock. After yet another bad result (15th place while team mate Alonso finished 2nd), there are quite some rumours that the Brazilian will be replaced soon.

Williams team members returning home
Following yesterday’s fire which occurred in the team’s garage after the Spanish Grand Prix, Williams F1 confirms that a further two team members have now been released from hospital and have returned home having received treatment for smoke inhalation.

Williams box on fire, 31 people treated
After today’s Spanish Grand Prix a fire occurred in the Williams team’s garage which originated from the fuel area. While the exact cause is not yet clear, the quick spread and big plumes of smoke suggest at least one fuel cannister got fire and exploded in the incident.

Renault powers Williams to historic victory
Pastor Maldonado sealed the first victory for the newly revived Williams-Renault partnership in today’s Spanish Grand Prix. It marks the 64th win for Williams with Renault engines, and the 114th in total for the English team.

Rosberg takes points as Schumacher hits Senna
Nico Rosberg finished the Spanish Grand Prix in seventh place today with Michael Schumacher retiring on lap13. Schumacher unfortunately hit Senna in the braking zone for turn 1 and has been consequently handed a 5 place grid penalty for the next GP, to be held at Monaco.

Podium confirms Ferrari's progress - Fry
Another two sided afternoon for Scuderia Ferrari, with one driver on the podium and one out of the points. Fernando Alonso finished second at the end of a race in which he was in contention for the win from start to finish, while Felipe Massa finished fifteenth, having been given a penalty at a crucial point.

Lotus ensures another big points haul at Spain
Kimi Räikkönen and Romain Grosjean ensured that Lotus F1 Team were the strongest points scoring team in a fast-paced Spanish Grand Prix, finishing in third and fourth position to move the team within 14 points of second place in the Constructors’ Championship.

Whitmarsh hails Hamilton's 'brilliant' race
McLaren drivers Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button finished the Spanish GP in 8th and 9th positions respectively. Team principal Martin Whitmarsh however is adamant Lewis in particular drove a brilliant race after having to recover from 24th on the starting grid.

Vettel fights through difficult race to P6
It was a difficult Spanish Grand Prix for Red Bull Racing, but in the end Sebastian Vettel managed to bring home some points with P6 after passing several cars in the final stages of the race. Mark Webber meanwhile was baffled by his pace and ended 11th.
